Very peaceful, clean and perfectly located between beach (with great restaurants and boutiques) and El Camino Real (where all the big shops are located). Your own private entrance with parking right in front of the gate. A private studio with newly remodeled spa-like bathroom. Attached to our home - but completely private.

Cozy Cottage in Encinitas Highlands

Our cozy cottage has a studio area with a queen bed, and a private room with a double bed..comfortably sleeps 3 adults or a couple with 1 or 2 children. Quiet and sweet. Walk to Swami's beach or drive to Moonlight Bch. There is a step from the main bedroom into the dining area. Also from the cottage to the back patio. Enjoy. Also, the cottage and outdoor area are for your use only. If you have friends or family in the area, you must meet them off the property. No exceptions!

Agave Cottage

This charming little cottage has lots of natural light and garden views in the front pathway and backyard. It's a 2-room private guest suite with a queen size bed in the bedroom, and a pull-out futon (slightly smaller than a queen) in the other room, which also has the kitchenette. It is attached to our house, but you have your own private side entrance and private backyard.
