Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

The apartment is located in a quiet oasis with free public parking in the old town in the center of Rijeka, right behind the Governor's Palace, 100 meters from the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral, on the ground floor of a historic building, renovated with love. A small garden for morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day is located in front of the building. Rijeka is a beautiful industrial city and much, much more.
