Diamond in the Rough

It took 5 difficult years restoring our home. It has remained in my family for over 100 years. The back part of the home has its own entrance. It’s a large apartment connected to the main house. It is fully furnished and has all appliances needed to stay comfortably. The cleaning fee includes: using disinfectant cleaners on all surfaces, floors are mopped each time (again with high grade disinfectant), bed linens and towels are replaced after each guest, to ensure extra safety and cleanliness.

The perfect getaway at Lake Blackshear! Our home is located just south of 27 bridge where the Flint River widens to become Lake Blackshear. The entire space has been recently renovated and beautifically decorated for your perfect stay! We have recently installed a boat slip on the property. Our home is smoke free and pet free. Whoever leases the space has to be one of the guests.

Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). There are a few restaurants nearby, a country store and a dollar general and gas stations. We are about 20 mins from I75 and larger stores like Walmart.

Landmark Lodge

One-of-a-kind views of Lake Blackshear. Over the water, roomy, family-friendly lake house. Located just a few miles from the Georgia Veterans State Park. Enjoy swimming off the dock, grilling out, and stellar sunsets over Lake Blackshear. Property may not be the best suited for those with mobility impairment as it is multi-level.
