While there are neighbors, it is a remote location. There is so much to do right outside the door and even more adventures with a little driving. The shop is 24x48 and is full of fun. It includes a mini basketball court, a regulation height basketball hoop, a high quality ping-pong table, and a foosball table.

Has propane bbq and firepit in back. And a large deck to watch the sunsets from.
