Activities available at the park are plentiful and include hiking trails, walking paths, scenic running, mountain biking, fat biking, skating, canoeing, kayaking, cross country skiing, and swimming at Crowley Lake. Equipment for most activities can be rented at the Kivi Park Chalet or you can bring your own.

Our family friendly lake front cottage is located 40km east of Sault Ste Marie, the ideal space to escape and relax at. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with open concept living areas. Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains from the deck. Full access to private waterfront yard with a beachy area, fire pit and dock. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are a must. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Many trails for ATVs out your back door.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Enjoy being outside the city without the long drive to all major amenities. This beautiful home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, home gym and much more! Relax in the 5 persons hot tub and or in the massage chair. This house has all that you would need for your stay. The home is pet friendly for well behaved dogs and do ask that the pets do not go on the furniture. We do have a pet fee.

Welcome to the Fairbank Lake Cottages! Enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, fishing and of course stunning sunset views. The property also boasts a basketball half-court, wood-fired sauna, private fire pit, large sandy beach and multiple docks over deeper water. Each cabin comes with a BBQ and griddle as well as fully stocked kitchen and bed and bath linens. The drive is approximately 40 minutes from Sudbury and paved right to the property.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.

This one bedroom lakefront property is a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature’s beauty. It is a perfect escape for those seeking peace and relaxation by the water’s edge. In middle of town but have a cottage feel. Walking distance to Sudbury Hospital,Science North, Laurentian University, Idylwylde golf course and Bell Park. Just 5 minutes car ride to downtown and all the good restaurants in town.

The Church at Avalon eco Resort

The Church is a basic/small off-the-grid cabin on Tyson lake/Wolf creek at Avalon Eco Resort in Killarney. Your stay comes with a park pass for Killarney Provincial Park, canoes & kayaks, and fire wood. (Please Note: this cabin has a low ceiling at 6'2" and is located next to Hwy 637. We provide pillows, bed lines, and quilt blanket. There is also no toilet or shower in the cabin.)
