Little Katewell Cottage w Hot tub from Sept '25

A cute and cosy modernised cottage surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms. Relaxing Farm Steading With Wood Burning Stove

'The Steading’ is a barn cabin on a working farm with wood burning stove set near the North Coast 500 route. Enjoy the peace of the Highlands while painting, writing, yoga, walking and cycling or simply relaxing in front of the fire with a cup of tea. NO SHOWER / NO HOT running water. Sanitizer and hand soap provided. Take your own bedding or very basic bedding provided. No phone signal/WiFi. Sleeps 2 only from the same household, or families allowed please message before booking.

This bespoke, spacious, bright, luxury Glamping Pod is self contained and situated in a private, secluded part of our property. The private deck, along with outdoor furniture & chiminea, overlook beautiful fields & mountains. Located just 1 mile from the NC500 route. Our pod boasts a king size bed, shower room & furnished kitchen, which includes a fridge/freezer, microwave & slow cooker. Other amenities available on request. Urquhart Bay Croft is a brand new luxury self-catered renovation with beautiful views across Loch Ness and Glen Urquhart. Downstairs it has a double height entrance hallway, one king-size bedroom, and separate family bathroom, while upstairs it boasts a fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining area, lounge with comfy sofa and free standing log burner, and double doors opening to decked area and the wider south facing garden.

2 Hedgefield Cottages

This renovated cottage is an executive quality, two bedroom cottage in an upmarket district of Inverness which is only a 10 minutes walk to the city centre, five minutes from Inverness Castle. The cottage was built in 1880 and Inverness has since grown up around the cottage which once stood on open farmland. Many of the top Inverness restaurants and bars are located near by. All visitors to the Highlands are welcome.

Ashcroft Bed & Breakfast (Guest Suite)

Located in the beautiful Wester Ross UNESCO Biosphere, Ashcroft Bed & Breakfast is only 3 miles off the A835 in the lochside community of Letters, approximately 10 miles from Ullapool. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of, and access to, the loch and surrounding hills from our doorstep. The guest suite is comprised of 2 bedrooms, your own bathroom and a private lounge - exclusively for your use.
