Escape to your own little bit of luxury in the stunning Surrey Hills, conveniently about an hour from London, and stay in one of our two gorgeous shepherd's huts. We are located near the village of Headley near Box Hill, so you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks, whilst staying in a luxury hut with modern facilities like high speed wifi! Dog friendly (extra fee). We have a wood fired couples hot tub and can supply grazing platters, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and special nights away!

Welcome to our peaceful, detached annex offering flexibility, comfort and outdoor space. International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

The Garden Studio

Set in our tranquil garden, just a five minute walk from East Horsley's Village Cafes and shops and Mainline Station (with trains direct to Wimbledon, Clapham Junction, London Waterloo and Guildford) The Garden Studio is your perfect small but spacious base on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills. Everything you need to recharge and reboot after a busy day visiting the numerous local attractions on your doorstep, including RHS Wisley Gardens, West Horsley Place and Grange Park Opera.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The bedroom features a plush kingsize bed with soft linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A shower only Bathroom, stocked with essentials for your convenience

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!
