The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

Crabapple Cottage close to Runswick Bay & Staithes

Charming Crabapple Cottage, which has recently benefited from renovation is located in a small courtyard in the village. Boasting a delightful sitting room with log burner, kitchen leading directly to the rear garden and shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms both suitable for two adults. Hinderwell is a great location to visit the local area with a butchers, fish and chip shop and pub almost on the door step. A regular bus service services Whitby and Saltburn.

A warm welcome to Dunsley Cottage in the heart of Staithes. Dunsley is a beautiful fisherman's cottage, built in 1871 it is oozing with Victorian charm. The cottage retains many original features but has lovingly been brought into the 21st century with its warm and inviting decor. Situated on a pedestrianised cobbled street, the cottage is a stones throw away from the the beach, harbour, river and High St and a mere 30 second walk to pubs, cafes and art galleries. A magical escape awaits!

Our 250-year-old three-bedroomed fisherfolk’s home is in beautiful Staithes, where quaint historic cottages nestle together on the hillside leading down to the harbour and beach. It is half-way down the steep hill in the old village, a five-minute walk to the harbour, beach, pubs, restaurants and unique shops. A cosy romantic retreat set within Stonecroft Lane end farm, with stunning rural views across the valley and sea in the distance. Just on the outskirts of the Victorian Spa town of Saltburn you are ideally placed within approx. 2 min in the car with all its' amenities or a short drive to the North Yorkshire moors and coastline. The lodge is nestled overlooking Skelton estates and the Cleveland hills and is home to rare breed sheep and poultry. The property benefits from private parking.

The carriage is nestled in a field to the back of a working farm, surrounded by fantastic views and natural beauty, it is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or relaxing evening following a days walk along the Cleveland Way. Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.
