Ashmount cottage by the river Dane

Period cottage in a area of outstanding natural beauty within the Peak District on the banks of the river Dane. Lovely views and walking straight from the door along the river, through the woods and up onto the Roaches, Tittersworth ( Bird Sanctuary circular walk around the reservoir, 5 miles) Ashmount is strictly for 2 guests as you are in my home albeit the space is yours for the time of your stay i live in a totally separate part of the property I am close enough should you require help

Pretty Victorian riverside cottage, Alstonefield

Dove Cottage is a former Victorian fishing lodge in a unique setting on the banks of the river Dove. It is situated 3/4 mile from the pretty village of Alstonefield and 5 1/2 miles north of the bustling market town of Ashbourne. The cottage overlooks a tranquil stretch of river running through Wolfscote Dale and a historic former water mill. A riverside footpath passes the bottom of the garden leading north along the river to Hartington and south to Dovedale and the Stepping Stones.

Charming, cosy stone cottage on the outskirts of Wetton, adjacent to a pre 1700 farmhouse. Lovely views of surrounding countryside. Great base for exploring this beautiful part of the White Peak, very popular with walkers and cyclists. Ideal for couples or single guests. Has a galleried double bedroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs there is an open plan sitting/diner with kitchen area. Featuring beamed ceilings. Small south facing sitting out area and off road parking.

Hartington village cottage with 2 parking spaces!

Hawthorne Cottage is a lovely recently refurbished limestone cottage in the glorious Derbyshire Peak District just steps away from Hartington village centre and its 2 friendly pubs, a perfect place for a relaxing break or for the more energetic there’s great walks (dogs welcome!) and cycling trails on the doorstep. We have the great advantage of 2 PARKING SPACES and a lock up for cycles. The terraced gardens afford views over the village and surrounding hills beyond.

Roachside Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Roachside Cottage is situated in the beautiful Roaches Estate, a former private estate and grouse moor, now owned by the Peak District and cared for by the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 people, comprising of 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. The views from every angle of the property are utterly breathtaking. The Old Stable is nestled in a tranquil corner of the Manifold Valley in the glorious Peak District. Take a stroll across our fields to join the Manifold Way, an ideal starting point to explore the endless walking or cycling routes in the area. Or take a shallow paddle or a wild swim in the natural pool in the river Manifold, which runs alongside the stable. The Old Stable itself offers flexible, stylish and cosy accommodation to suit families or friends.
