Welcome to our Spring Creek cozy home! We opened our doors after a job opportunity led our family of 4 (plus pups) here. Enjoy the Ruby Mountain views, quiet neighborhood, and nearby trails. As pet lovers, we welcome your furry friends. Please note: a few projects are in progress, and we’re working on them as time and budget allow. They don’t affect your comfort, and we’ve reflected this in our pricing. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our home and share it with others.

Old Elko charm with a new world spin!

Soak in the old house charm with a new world spin! This 1911 Elko home features 3 large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Upon entering you are greeted with a cozy living room, gas fireplace and french doors into the sun room. The kitchen has been completely updated to offer the chefs dream! A gas cook top, double ovens and an oversized sink. Both main bedrooms offer king size beds and dressers. The third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds. Conrad Creek Yurt

At 7,000ft elevation, the 24ft Pacific Yurt is in an aspen grove with Conrad Creek flowing year round, feet from the yurt. Fully furnished with 2 queen beds, 2 couches, pull out futon, and 2 cots for sleeping. The yurt has solar lights and power, a propane oven, propane fireplace, propane cook tops, full kitchen gear, bottled fresh water, separate bathroom structure. The yurt has vehicle access and is located on 120 acres private property minutes from other people. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Mojo Dojo Elko House

New flooring and carpet throughout!! Escape to our peaceful family retreat. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with nearby shopping and dining. Unwind in the master bathroom's large jetted tub. Main floor boasts 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, a cozy living room with a Samsung Frame TV, and upstairs, a kids' haven with games, toys, TV, and Nugget Couches. We provide coffee and cocoa pods for a Keurig coffee machine. We do also have a coffee pot if you wish to bring your own coffee.

Pine Street Place

Charming little 1 bedroom, 1 bath house in walking distance of downtown with unique local shops and restaurants. This house provides a queen in the master bedroom and if you like to snuggle a full size pull-out couch. Just be aware that the bathroom is off of the master. Well equipped full size kitchen to prepare a hearty breakfast or dinner after a long day. Relax on the couch with the Roku TV (bring your logins), grab a book in the free library or challenge someone to a game.

Relax with the whole family and enjoy the view of the Ruby Mountains from the Dining Room table! A split level home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom as well. The master suite features a deck just outside the sliding doors and a jetted tub! Enjoy the evening under a covered porch and enjoy the views! This home is less than 10 minutes from the beautiful Lamoille Canyon and is a prime place to stay if you’re in the area!

Stunning mountain and lake views from our 30’ diameter yurt! Access to hiking, mt biking, fishing, and more. Authentic off-grid living experience that includes 600w of solar that charges a Yeti Goal Zero and powers the fridge, Starlink, and more. Has all amenities: equipped kitchen, heating, porta-potty on site, shower in yurt, queen size bed in loft, 1 queen size futon, space for yoga or just relaxing. South Fork Retreat

Enjoy gorgeous views from numerous windows in this comfortable lakeside retreat. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of dining space. An air mattress is available if you have more guests than beds. Our kitchen is well stocked. The master shower is huge. Please note that access to this home is by dirt road only. There is a short, steep route, or a longer, more level trek if the weather is slick. Your sports car will not make it!

Spring Creek Entire Apartment

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful country setting , You have your own private Courtyard with chairs and fireplace. Here we have the famous Lamoille Canyon which is a Hikers paradise.
