Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Happy Valley Pavilions Spring Beach

Recently renovated with expansive decking spaces offering a beautiful oasis. Within a bush setting on Happy Valley Road, this architecturally designed ‘shack’ consists of 2 compact eco pavilions joined by a covered deck. There is a bush track directly to the beautiful Spring Beach - around 5-10 minutes to walk. There are two more dwellings close by, but trees, bushes and clever design offer complete privacy. Approx 6 minutes drive (4km) from Orford centre (and the closest shops/cafe's etc).

Set amongst native gum and banksia the cabin overlooks the clear waters of little Norfolk Bay. Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Formally known as Millingtons House, Sunways is a stone’s throw from the riverside and five minutes from the ocean. The house captures daylight from every compass point in spacious rooms that still have a lot of their original features. Sunways can host 4 guests across two spacious queen bedrooms and one shared bathroom. We welcome pets but request they must strictly remain off all furniture.
