Nina's Cottage - Southwold

Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

Brookside Cottage, Kelsale, Suffolk Coast

This charming recently modernised two bedroom end-terrace holiday cottage in the centre of the village conservation area sleeps up to four guests. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with a seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs to the left is a separate family bathroom and to the right a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels & it’s own en-suite then a further larger bedroom with zip n link king or twin beds.

Self-contained accommodation overlooking the river Waveney with full kitchen, dining and lounge area (including reclining sofa, smart TV and wifi), upstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite. The stairs are very steep (see photo). Allocated parking. Bistro table and chairs outside your door, plus a bench right by the water. Wildlife in abundance - kingfishers and deer etc Peaceful A dark sky for seeing the stars A village pub (serves food) plus a nearby cafe for breakfast/coffee/lunch

Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

With its location and amenities, the cottage is perfect for those seeking to venture into the picturesque countryside of Suffolk and Norfolk.

Our cozy cottage has just get better - new bathroom, carpets and decorated thoughout. Located mid-way down Park Lane, this charming cottage is ideally located within easy reach of South Green, Southwold’s Blue Flag beach, famous pier, boating lake and putting green. The shops, galleries, boutiques and restaurants which give Southwold it’s unique character, are a stroll away. Come back to the wood burner in the autumn and winter and a lovely meal cooked for you at the Queens Head just 10 minutes walk away. Our Cottage is pet friendly for one dog, please add this when you make your booking. Due to the authentic nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm with its Suffolk brick flooring.
