Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. 6 New Hill villas is a b+b which overlooks Fishguard Bay, where guests can enjoy the view from the lounge. The property is situated on the Pembrokeshire coastal path,and is a short walk away from shops and restaurants. The host lives at the property, and the middle floor has 3 rooms, the living ,room bedroom and kitchen and the shower room and toilet are on the floor above (all rooms are private for guests ) Cereal along with milk , bread and coffee ,tea is all provided.

Central location for the whole of Pembrokeshire, beaches, cliff walks and hills only 25 mins. Our estuary great for birdwatching. This is the self contained annex to my home, but very private and quiet. Full kitchen. Double bed, washer and dryer. Garden with seating. Table for working with good wi fi. Books and boardgames. You can also easily access the north of the country. No smokers or smoking please. We are on the edge of the village which has a good shop.

Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is our beautiful, self-contained studio, boasting incredible sunset views of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-Fan from your bedside. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, with patio and garden facilities accessible. Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.
