Leelanau Secluded Tiny House Northport

Newly built tiny house 2 miles south of Northport. Nestled in the woods overlooking a pond and surrounded by an organic vineyard/farm. Short walk to organic winery, 5 min drive to Northport, 15 min to Leland, and 20 min to Sutton’s Bay. Many beautiful beaches close by! Sleeps 4 total, 2 on a queen sized bed in loft and 2 on a futon on main floor. There is running water inside, hot & cold, but there is not a toilet or shower inside. Outside is a very clean portable restroom and outdoor shower.

Cabin Unwind, tucked into the woods

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. The 'Classic King' at Sunrise Landing has a king bed in a simple, yet cozy studio space. Featuring vintage tongue and groove cedar walls, a sitting area, microwave, fridge, flat screen TV, and, of course, sits just a step away from a great view of the sun rising over our private beach on lake Michigan. (Please note: This is not a full kitchenette, just a mini fridge and microwave in the studio unit).
