Our rustic barn is the perfect place to stay while adventuring through the Mount Dandenong Ranges. After a long day of riding puffing billing or walking the many bush trails you’ll be met with a warm and inviting space that offers a full kitchen, large seating area in front of the fireplace, a large dining area, a deck surrounded by greenery and a characterful bathroom to warm up and refresh. The first bedroom is situated on a mezzanine level with the second small bedroom nestled underneath.

#Parkerfarmstay is a 11 acre hobby farm. We have 2 units on the farm PF1 sleeps 5 and PF2 sleeps 7. This one is cosy next to chickens/ducks, the other is larger + laundry next to the playground. Relax and reconnect with nature in our lovely cottage in the woods. Minutes from Kallista and Grant's picnic grounds in the heart of the Sherbrooke forest. We offer private forest views within walking distance to the Sassafras-Monbulk hiking trail. Great spot to take time out and plan some local adventures. Perfect for couples, though we do offer a second fold-out bed for a third adult or child and can provide a single sized bed for a second child on request.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

The Shore Shack - family friendly getaway

The Shore Shack is best suited for couples or small families to sit back, relax & enjoy. Situated on a flat block, the large grassed backyard was created for children to explore with an enclosed trampoline, cubby house and boat. For the family, a large undercover area, family sized Weber BBQ, outdoor seating & fire pit. Located a stones throw from the RSL, a short walk to the main shopping precinct and close to the Cowes main beach.
