Mauzac le blanc pétillant 4p. gekwalificeerd op 4 sterren. Het is een van de drie appartementen in Gites-terroirs-Occitanie Sprankelend wit, genoemd naar de druivensoort waarvan in onze regio een heerlijke, sprankelende witte wijn wordt gemaakt. Een zeer ruim en comfortabel appartement (85 m²) voor één tot vier personen. De uitzichten vanuit de salon en vanaf het terras zijn adembenemend. Mauzac beschikt over twee aparte slaapkamers. We accepteren de huisdieren tegen een kleine vergoeding.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Villaen ligger i den hyggelige landsby Catllar med 2.700 solskinstimer årligt. Ca. 45-60 minutters kørsel fra Perpignan, Middelhavet, Spanien og Andorra.

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
