Bar Harbor is 20 minutes away, Long Pond (1.3 miles) and Echo Lake (2.6 miles) are within a few minutes. Southwest Harbor is located on the "Quietside" of Acadia. It is a quaint town with a local feel & there are many good dining options nearby.

Whether you enjoy sipping coffee on the deck, sitting by the ocean, or exploring the tide pools by the shore, there are many areas to enjoy.
