‘SUNSET HAVEN’ located across the road from the beach. Totally renovated from top to bottom with views of the bay from the lounge room and kitchen. It contains 2 bedrooms, the main accommodates 2 guests and has its own ensuite. The second contains a double/double bunk bed sleeping 4 and sharing a seperate bathroom.There is a large lounge room that has 2 pullout couches allowing 2-4 guests.The property is fully air conditioned and a gas log fireplace. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars
