Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Rent Paddleboards or kayaks, bring home fresh crab and seafood and grill your favorite meal, enjoy the multiple fire-pits and gathering areas, or cuddle up & enjoy a movie.

The Riverview Cottage is a little slice of heaven. Unbelievable views from every window; even on a rainy day, you'll catch yourself frittering away the time staring up river, or at the surrounding coast range mountains. Truly heaven on earth. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property, and can sleep up to four people.

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.

This cabin is cozy and comfortable. it is located a short distance from Plat I reservoir. The reservoir is a buzz during the spring and summer months with nesting birds and wildlife. The cabin sits well off the main road so this lends itself to the quiet that is enjoyed here. Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended.
