Charming Studio in the Heart of Skiathos

2Skiathos is located in a quiet residential area yet only minutes on foot from the Old Port and Papadiamantis Street. A supermarket, restaurants and coffee shop are all moments from the studio - everything you need for a relaxing stay on this beautiful island! Unfortunately, I must add a climate resilience tax of €8 per night, up from the previous €1.50. This tax is paid directly to the Greek Authorities, and supports efforts to protect the environment. Just one minute away from the famous pillows bars and a few minutes away from the sea! In a very quite neighbourhood very close to the port of Skiathos (400m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2,5km to the airport. The house has fast internet connection and 43inch smart tv (Netflix, YouTube, Cosmote tv ext)

It is literally a breath away from the best and most famous restaurants and clubs of Skiathos town and very close to bus stops, taxis, supermarkets, laundry etc. A small welcoming gift will be waiting for you upon arrival.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της χώρας της Σκιάθου μόλις 2' από το λιμάνι σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Είναι στον πρώτο όροφο, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η κουζίνα, το καθιστικό και το μπάνιο και στον δεύτερο όροφο κρεβατοκάμαρα με το μπαλκόνι. Κοντά θα βρείτε την κεντρική αγορά της Σκιάθου, πολλά εστιατόρια, μπαράκια καθώς και τις περίφημες μαξιλάρες.

Έχοντας ως στόχο την άνεση του επισκέπτη, το Castella Apartment προσφέρει ένα ήρεμο και καθαρό περιβάλλον για τις διακοπές σας. Καθώς το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού απέχει μόλις 500μ από το λιμάνι του νησιού και 2 λεπτά από την αφετηρία των λεοφωρείων. Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες.

Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι δύο υπνοδωματίων. Βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο, απέναντι από την εκκλησία της Αγίας Τριάδας. Είναι στην κορυφή του χωριού , δίπλα από την περιοχή Πλάκες με τα κλασσικά νησιώτικα σοκάκια. Το παλιό λιμάνι της Σκιάθου καθώς και το κέντρο της βρίσκονται σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών με τα πόδια.
