L'appartement que je vous propose se trouve au cœur d'une jolie cour paisible juste à côté de celui où je serai ce qui permets de passer des temps conviviaux si vous le souhaitez ou bien de préserver votre intimité. Detached house close to Paris/train and Disneyland

Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

Charmant pied-à-terre entre Disney et Paris

15mn à pied du stade nautique de Vaires. Soirées festives et réceptions non autorisées. Chambre, petit salon avec canapé-lit attenant et en souplex avec accès direct par le jardin. En centre-ville, 7 mn à pied des commerces et de la gare qui vous amène à Paris en 18 mn. Accès à Disney 25mn en voiture ou par le Rer A en 45mn. Maison au calme, proche Paris et Disney

La maison est située dans un quartier très calme. Disneyland Paris et parc Astérix sont à 25 minutes en voiture. Paris est à moins de 30 minutes en voiture, accès rapide à l'autoroute. Vous trouverez à 5 minutes à pieds un supermarché, des boulangeries et des restaurants. Transport en commun pour vous rendre à Paris en moins de 40 minutes, un bus passe devant la maison et vous déposera à la gare de Villeparisis pour rejoindre Paris en train. Événements festifs interdit.
