Mit nur 50 Metern Entfernung zum Meer und Strand bietet das Haus eine ideale Lage. Der Flughafen Izmir ist lediglich 35 km entfernt und gut zu erreichen.

Ferienhaus ist vom Tourismus Ministerium Zertifizirt. Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung und ist direkt an eine Strandpromenade angebunden. Von dort kann die nächste Ortschaft Ürkmez zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreicht werden (Bäckerei, Supermärkte, Apotheke, Ärzte, Wochenmarkt. Vor dem Haus befindet 50 m. entfernt der Sandstrand. Aus Wohnzimmer, aus alle schlafzimmer Balkonen und Terassen Meerblick.Wohnzimmer und 3 Schlfzimmer haben Klima anlagen. Im Haus befindet ein Sebil(Für Trinkwasser Kühlung)
