Duplex dans le centre historique

Le Patio de l'Isle est un ancien hôtel particulier du XVIIIe siècle, élégamment rénové en deux superbes duplex qui vous offrent une immersion dans le cœur historique de Périgueux. Situés sur la charmante Place du Coderc, ces duplex sont parfaits pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis, qu’ils soient courts ou prolongés. La place elle-même, autrefois un marché médiéval, est bordée de maisons à colombages et de façades anciennes qui témoignent du riche patrimoine périgourdin.

Domaine de Malefon

Au coeur du Périgord, le Domaine de Malefon est un ancien corps de ferme rénové du 17e siècle en 2016, où l’authencité du bâtiment a été conservé avec tout le confort moderne. La propriété entièrement biologique est implantée au milieu de 54 hectares, elle est composée de bois, prairies, truffière, noyeraie et verger.  Envie de vous évader au calme tout en profitant des curiosités touristiques incontournables, la chartreuse est louée dans son intégralité pour 14 personnes.

This lovely gite is above all very calm and comfortable with a boutique feel. Your gite overlooks the valley with beautiful views and has a use of the land, swimming pool, garden with trees, a place for picnics and relaxation for you. Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in less than 5 mins on foot.

Ancienne ferme du Périgord entièrement rénovée, dans son écrin de verdure (4 hectares), idéal pour un séjour détente à la campagne en toutes saisons avec une grande famille, plusieurs familles ou un groupe d’amis. Nature, calme et authenticité avec tout le confort moderne. Piscine chauffée (28c en été / 25c en début et fin de saison) et jacuzzi.
