Dannie’s Place

This is Dannie’s place, brand new detached unit initially constructed for my father Dan, who passed away during the constuction. It features a full kitchen with all new appliances, washer and dryer and a nice open floor plan. The home is about 20 minutes from PDX, it is located in the Columbia River Gorge where you will find beautiful hiking trails, water falls, and endless water activities. We are 5 minutes from the historic town of Camas Washington, where you will find shopping and dining.

The Sandy Sanctuary

Ready for a break? Want a weekend getaway, a lot closer to recreation? The Sandy Sanctuary is your spot! We've designed this studio to be a space where you can unwind, surrounded by giant evergreens on the outside, and filled with delightful offerings on the inside. Whether you're a weekend warrior, or just want a break from the grind, we think you'll find this a blissful place to rest your head. Located on the edge of Sandy, it's walkable to food carts and coffee, as well as stunning trails!

Modern Camas Cottage

In your private Camas Cottage, you are a few blocks away from charming downtown Camas - complete with a great brewery (Grains of Wrath), restaurants, & fantastic antique store. The Lacamas Creek Trailhead is two blocks away and we sit in the backyard of the Columbia Gorge, which is stunning to hike year round. Please note, the kitchen is a kitchenette with small fridge, toaster oven & fantastic coffee maker. The Portland airport is 15 minutes away. Close to Camas Meadows Golf Course.

Guesthouse with amazing view!

We chose to share our guest house primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guest house for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guest house with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. Horse Barn Apartment on a Beautiful Farm

The Apartment is spacious, beautiful and sleeps 2 in a queen bed. Up to 2 more people can stay but bring pads and bedding for them. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the woods & creek. The Bath House is for you only but is a separate building & located only 20 feet away. It has a claw foot tub, shower, sink, etc. It is worth the walk. Enjoy a farm get-a-way. Our place is amazing but rural so dogs bark, geese honk, donkeys bray, horses neigh, etc. Join us to slow down.

The Green Door PDX: A European Inspired Cottage.

A bolthole created from passion by Kaemingk Design, The Green Door PDX was designed to provide a unique respite from the energy of Portland while being conveniently located only minutes from downtown and popular shopping/eating districts. We have taken queues from Europe and built a traditional field cottage tucked into the landscape at the front of the property and surrounded it with mature greenery for an inviting welcome and ultimate privacy for our guests.

The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.
