Slightly cooler for the altitude, our place is a respite from the heat but only 10 to 30 minutes from everything in the city. Conveniently located near trails, the tram, and the balloon fiesta. Upstairs is a large open room with fireplace, sofa bed and large deck with views of ABQ below. A sound proof wall separates the private guest suite from the main house with safe parking inside the fenced property.

Enjoy an early morning sunrise or watch the Sandia Mountains turn the color of watermelon from our serene back patio or rooftop viewing area. Enjoy our lovely courtyard fountain and fireplace. Come!
