Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Newly decorated with contemporary, stylish furnishings offering you all your home from home comforts. There's also a good sized, totally enclosed rear garden along with a lovely front patio area with wonderful sea-views, perfect for those summer evening sundowners! There's plenty of off-street parking and storage for bikes etc in a small garage.

The Lodge-Modern House & garden 10 mins to beach

The 2 floor guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to a separate main house (built 1852). The grd floor has 2 bedrooms along with a bathroom/wc. The 1st floor is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with high ceilings & opens up onto the garden & decking area equipped with a hot tub/jacuzzi and a BBQ. The 3rd bedroom is a compact loft room with 2 single beds (accessed via ladder so not suitable for young children). This is not an airbnb for parties or loud gatherings.

Jubilee Cottage - A Georgian gem by the sea.

Built in the 1780s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

Fabulous Home in Folkestone (3 bedrooms)

A beautiful, recently renovated Victorian house with 3 good-sized doubles that will be made up by number of guests. Located in central Folkestone, close to the town centre, the bustling harbour arm full of bars & restaurants and stunning beaches. Easy access to transport links, great tourist destinations and stunning countryside. The house feels warm and cosy, making it the ideal home from home. Ideal for families with infants or older children, couples & contractors.

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.

You will be assured of a warm welcome at the start of your stay, and we will endeavour to make your stay a memorable one. Listen to the early morning birdsong and relax in the garden at the end of the day, or head out into the local villages and towns to search out one of the many pubs and restaurants.

Light and airy open plan barn with Skandinavian vibes. Lovely views from all of the windows. Cosy woodburner and fabulous kitchen. Close to Tenterden and Rye as well as fabulous beaches. Those looking to book with a pet please read the additional houserules.
