The house is an old renovated traditional samian house located in a quiet neighborhood literaly at the center of Pythagorio just beside an 18th century castle and church. The port is only 50 meters away where restaurants, cafeterias and bars can be found all over. Airport is only 2 Km away. Wonderful beaches are accessible within walking distance.The house is ideal for families, couples as well as people who want to have holidays and work in the same time. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Αμπέλου(23 χλμ. από Βαθύ, 14 χλμ. από Καρλόβασι) του όρους Καρβούνη. Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του χωριού και η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται 5 χλμ. μακριά. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 1-5 άτομα καθώς διαθέτει ένα διπλό , ένα μονό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Έχει προσβασιμότητα από δρόμο με άσφαλτο και δυνατότητα πάρκινγκ στα όρια του οικοπέδου. Επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια και είναι ιδανικό για εξορμήσεις στη φύση.
