Juice, fruit, coffee, oatmeal, cereal, milk, toast and eggs (you cook) provided. Free WiFi. Cell phone coverage is spotty. Texting works, calls are iffy. You can use our land line. WiFi and a firestick TV included, pool table downstairs. No AC in the Summer, ceiling fan, 3 fans to keep cool. NO PETS ALLOWED, NO SMOKING, and NO more than 8 guests.
