Villa individuelle au bord de la Grève, n'ayant comme vis-à-vis que le Mt-St-Michel et Tombelaine... Sérénité et repos assurés ! Genêts est l'endroit incontournable pour faire la mythique traversée de la Baie. Le GR223 part en contre bas de la maison : à gauche vers le Mont et à droite vers Granville.
