The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Our stylishly renovated 2 bedroom Victorian semi-detached house is in the quiet area of Reading Street Village. The house is a 5 minute drive from Broadstairs town centre and a 15 minute stroll to the beach at Joss Bay. We have a local cafe “Staple” offering great coffee, pastries and bread which is open Thursday-Sunday. The house can sleep up to 6 guests. The nightly price quoted is for 4 guests. Extra guests are charged an additional nightly fee.
