Ce gîte, datant du XVIII° siècle, dispose d' une cuisine, d'un salon-salle à manger avec sa cheminée, de deux chambres à l'étage ainsi qu'une salle d'eau et des toilettes séparées. Vous avez à disposition: lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, réfrigérateur, cafetière, bouilloire, four à micro-ondes, télévision, wifi, jardin-terrasse, barbecue et parking privés, piscine partagée. Les plages sont à 45 mn, le centre balnéo et la cure thermale de Jonzac ainsi que les grandes surfaces sont à 7 mn en voiture.

Décoré avec goût tout en conservant les roulements historiques du moulin, ce lieu chaleureux est idéal pour des moments de détente et de convivialité. Le Moulin Etourneau dispose de 3 gîtes mitoyens. Nos gîtes ne sont pas adaptés pour l'organisation de grosses fêtes (ex EVJF, EVG etc...). Le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilette vous sont fournis, les lits seront faits pour votre arrivée.
