My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und allein und hat eine voll besonnte, nicht einsehbare Terrasse und einen wild-romantischen Garten am Bach. Im EG gibt es eine bestens ausgestattete Landhausküche, Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen, großem Esstisch, gemütlichem großen Sofa und Fernsehecke. Insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer und Bad, sowie Sauna und Dusche.

Egal ob ein Familienurlaub am Programm steht, ihr einfach die Ruhe und Sonne genießen oder sportlich richtig aktiv sein möchtet: bei uns kommt jeder auf seine Kosten! Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.
