Kenny B's is a locally owned and family run cajun seafood restaurant. It's a New Orleans theme with a Southern Style as well. It's a casual, order at the counter restaurant that has been in business since 1999. They do not take reservations.

What it lacks in size, the island makes up for in amenities. The island consists of two resorts and one private residential community. The island has been declared a historic district for its role in the Civil War and for its original inhabitants Gullahs.
There are no bridges to the mainland, so all transportation takes place by ferry and boats
