Nature
This is a beautiful area at the farthest northern point of Cherry Grove Beach. It is a great spot for shelling and finding shark teeth.
Paid parking is available on either side of N Ocean Blvd past 60th Street. Parking is $2/hour from 9-5 March-October, but is free other times. Overnight parking is prohibited.
After parking, keep walking down N Ocean Blvd until the road ends. There is a boardwalk through some trees that leads out to the Point.

This is a fantastic local grocery store. They have a great breakfast buffet in the mornings, lots of grocery items, and then upstairs there is a large souvenir and decor shopping area. Kids will enjoy seeing the view from the "lighthouse" in the building as well.

Rules for Cherry Grove Beach
- Cherry Grove is golf-cart friendly.
- Umbrellas under 7 feet and small tents for toddlers/babies are allowed. Other forms of shading are not allowed.
- Pets are only allowed on the beach in Cherry Grove and the town of North Myrtle Beach before 9AM or after 5PM from May 15th until September 15th. Pets must be leashed.
- No fireworks, alcohol or glass bottles on the beach.

Cherry Grove Boat Ramp
This is a great place to put in for kayaking, for fishing, and is also the only free parking for Cherry Grove Beach. It's a 7 minute walk to the beach down 53rd Avenue.

Paid Parking Options for Cherry Grove Beach
There is a small parking lot on the corner of 21st Avenue North and Spring Street, and another at the end of Sea Mountain Highway next to the Pelican Hotel.
Larger paid parking lots are on the first floor of the Prince Resort Garage near 36th Street and on either side of N Ocean Blvd past 60th street.
Parking is $2/hour. Parking rules are in effect every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from March through October. Parking is free before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m. but overnight parking is prohibited.
