Situated just outside of the picturesque North Wales village of Llanarmon-yn-Ial, in an ANOB Glandwr Alyn is an ideal location for outdoor pursuits or a country getaway. For cyclists there are great road routes or if you are more of a mountain biker we are 15mins drive from Oneplanet Adventure. Offa’s Dyke path is a short walk from the cottage, alternatively the village's community pub & shop is a 15min walk. Birdwatchers love watching for Kingfishers on our deck which overlooks the river Alyn.

The barn was converted in 2016 to a luxury holiday let, decorated with modern and traditional touches. The barn is spacious and comfortable, with its own patio and shared use of the garden. The barn is next to our family home. We welcome families, business guests, walkers, couples and furry friends. The barn makes an ideal touring base for our local area, is within easy reach of great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, plus the beaches/castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia/Chester.

A cosy converted semi-detached beamed cottage set within a farmhouse courtyard. The house is surrounded by glorious views of North Wales in a peaceful setting with horses and cows in our paddocks. Just 14 miles from Chester and within an hour’s drive from Snowdonia. It can comfortably sleep up to three people (plus infant) by using the sofa bed in the sitting room. There is a beer garden to the rear, also pool table and darts table within the pub. Easy access to the town centre, with fine range of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, number of local walking routes, and Denbigh castle, there’s plenty to see and do in the area.
