Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage für viele Aktivitäten im Sommer und im Winter, und ist fußläufig in ca. 12 Min vom Garmischer Zentrum entfernt. Die Bergbahnen sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Es gibt Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu vier Personen - sie ist jedoch ideal für zwei-drei Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über knapp 40 m2 sehr saubere Wohnfläche: Ess-Wohnzimmer (mit grosszügiger, voll ausgestatteterKüchenzeile), Schlafzimmer (mit breitem Doppelbett und neuen Matrazen), eigenes Tageslichtbad, Süd-Balkon, eigener Parkplatz.

Ein großer Balkon bietet die Möglichkeit die Sonne auch vom Haus aus zu genießen. Außerdem wird ein Parkplatz direkt am Grundstück angeboten.
