Spend your days lounging in the cozy teepee daybed, or soaking in the hot tub stargazing under open skies. As evening falls, curl up with a glass of wine by the fire on our expansive floating deck.

The Wood Pile Inn getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This historic cabin built in 1920 was recently refurbished to its old charm with some modern upgrades for your comfort. The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.

Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Our Country Getaway is located in the San Diego County area in a beautiful "Tuscany like" area. For our 7 night stays we go as low as $107/night. We are a private fully self contained 1 BR / 1 BA with an attached Deck with 180 degree view, Spa, BBQ, grassy area, fully equipped kitchen, Cushy King Size Bed, Queen Size Sleeper with memory foam and Other Sleeping Options as well. If you want to experience "Tiny House" living or just get away for the week, this cottage is for you. A loft that sleeps two, a single window bed, and a futon make for a comfortable experience.
