The Little House on Park Avenue

Our cottage is a quiet get-away. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the birds and a cup of coffee. Small kitchen provides everything you may need for your stay, including a local yummy treat. A desk in the bedroom gives you a place to work while others in your group utilize the spaces in the living room or dining room. You can leisurely stroll by the Ruritan Park to Studio 32 Gallery and Gift shop on weekends. In 10 minutes drive to Merchants Millpond State Park. Historic Edenton only30 minutes.

Cozy Cabin & Farm stay @ Owl Tree Acres Homestead

Sunflower cabin is a sweet little rustic cabin with friendly homesteading artist/host located on Owl Tree Acres Farm. Cozy sleeping for 4, a dorm refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker,. Wifi with desk and Smart HD TV are provided. A “separate” beautiful bath house is located near the Communal fire pit away from the cabin. No bathroom facilities in cabin. Pets allowed with $30 pet fee. No pit bulls, rottweillers or other agressive dog breeds allowed. No pets allowed on beds.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Cozy Coop Barn Apartment on Hobby Farm

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

Our Halifax cottage is conveniently located just 5 miles from Interstate I95 and just off Hwy 301 in the quaint, historic town of Halifax. It is an early 1900's house that's been lovingly restored and nicely appointed to perfectly accommodate individuals, couples, a group of friends or a family. Choosing to stay with us will allow you to experience how small town Eastern NC people live. Halifax has a pop. of 234. We think you will be charmed!!

This 150 year old home is a special place to visit. It includes all the amenities you need with fast WiFi, a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and your own private king size bed. Not to mention 30 acres and privacy to spare including a private pond, dock, and fire pit. This little hidden gem is surrounded by farm/wood land; while sitting on the porch sipping coffee you just might see the deer grazing in the yard! Lots of room for fun. Fenced in backyard to creek for kayaking maybe a fish as well . Bring your one fur buddy . Small zipline too! 4 kayaks available as well . Close to town ( 1 mile) , 60 miles to outerbanks ! It's rustic but we keep it clean and affordable:) In quiet neighborhood. Fishermen favorite .
