Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Franzosenstüberl am Katschberg

Das Franzosenstüberl ist ein uriger alter Getreidekasten und bietet auf 40 m2 (zwei Etagen) höchste Wohnkultur für zwei bis vier Personen. Im Erdgeschoss steht eine vollständig eingerichtete Wohnküche bereit, ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, Haarföhn und ausreichend Ablagen sowie Stereo-Anlage und WLAN. Das Obergeschoss besteht aus Wohnschlafraum, eingebauten Doppelbett und Einzelbett sowie einer Couch (auch ein Gitterbett ist möglich). Für lange Abende steht ein Flatscreen-TV parat.

Erdgeschoss Neubauwohnung mit ca. 25 qm, Fußbodenheizung und Elektrischen Rollos Pool (mit Glasdach) ab ca. Mitte April bis Oktober nach Absprache nutzbar Das Skigebiet Goldeck ist nur 3,5 km entfernt. Weitere Skigebiete befinden sich 30-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. 6 Km von Spittal an der Drau entfernt Zum Millstätter See sind es 10 min mit dem Auto Autobahn A 10 ist 3 km entfernt

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.
