The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming studio in Swanage. The Studio is a detached space with a kitchenette and an en-suite shower room. There is also an outside space to sit and relax. Parking on site. Studio is independently accessed so guests are free to come and go as they please. Located on a quiet residential road and just a 5/10 minute walk down hill to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pubs. Continental breakfast is delivered to your door 8.30am. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.
