Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

Plenty of dock space for your toys. The home includes Smart TV in each bedroom, living room stereo system, and fully furnished kitchen.

Welcome to The Sunrise Cabin, your Up North Retreat! The lakefront cabin is the perfect spot to gather for sunrises over the lake. Spend your days fishing and your nights cooking over fire pit under the italian lights. Work remote with high speed internet (new summer 2024). Reconnect over a foosball or ping ping game. Queen bed, four twins, and three cots give room for all. Dog bed, pet bowls, and large yard make the cabin a vacation for the pups as well. Two kayaks and two boats included.

If you're looking for snowy winter fun, we are close to snowmobile and ATV trails. We have a large driveway to make parking your trailer easy!

On-site pontoon rentals are available. There are also kayaks and a paddle boat to use. This home is only 8 miles from Alpena and 6 miles from Rockport Recreational Area.
