The area is well known for its sparkling turquoise waters and clean public sandy beaches. Just two blocks to Newman St and you can enjoy local shopping and dining or the ice cream and chocolate shops, and the 1935 historic movie theater. Bring your boat and enjoy Lake Huron or catch some fish for dinner. Kayaks and canoes can be put in at various spots along the Au Sable River.

There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities, and the owners also have a shared fire pit. Wood is not provided.
