The Annexe is a lovely, well-equipped self-contained suite of rooms, comprising a spacious, comfortable sitting/breakfast room, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room, in a private part of our house. It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

All this in a location that is less than 20 minutes drive from the famous beaches of both the North and South coasts of Cornwall. We're ideally situated between Truro and Falmouth where there are a huge range of shops and restaurants. There are two local pubs and many countryside walks on your doorstep.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Comfortable guest suite near Penryn, sleeps 4

Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.

This unique cosy cabin is surrounded by the trees with its own entrance and self check-in. It is only a few minutes drive from the sea and the many beautiful beaches of Falmouth. There is good Wi-Fi and Netflix etc. Shower bathroom. Tea and coffee, kettle, toaster also a microwave and fridge, cutlery, glasses and plates. Linen and towels included There is a balcony for alfresco eating and evening drinks in the sunshine. The Cabin is super cosy and has everything you need for a country stay.

The Cabin enjoys beautiful farmland views with distant sea glimpses. It is located a few meters from a footpath so perfect for country walks from the doorstep. Falmouth 15 mins drive. The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

Converted to a high standard with guests in mind, it's the perfect place to enjoy a Cornish break. Enjoy glimpses of Devoran creek and spot whether the tide is in or out in distant views and step straight onto a network of footpaths which criss cross neighbouring farmland.
