School house built in 1919 and renovated to a home in 1999. An original library, hardwood floors, and tin ceiling. Centrally located to Green Bay, Two Rivers, Manitowoc, and only an hour to Door county. There is a free boat launch for Lake Michigan ten miles east. Maribel Caves is just a short drive.
