A convenient location on the island for a relaxing day by the ocean and all of the restaurants, nightlife, family activities that CB has to offer.

This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! This wheelchair friendly spacious studio apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, queen size Murphy bed, bathroom with a walk-in, wheelchair friendly shower, front loading washer/dryer and private screened in porch; beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and an umbrella are all included with rental. About a 10 minute walk to the ocean and 3 minute walk to the ICW. Our community is very peaceful, quiet.
