Cosy countryside retreat with private garden

Welcome to RETREAT 34, tucked around the back of a beautifully presented rural development, with open fields and countryside walks literally on your doorstep. Our 'Home from Home' tastefully converted large double garage, has a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bedroom, wet-room, private patio garden with decking and raised planting. Set in a quiet rural location, the village of Langford has a selection of small shops, including an Indian restaurant, garden centre, chip-shop, pub and post office.

The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

The Northern Quarter

This unique place has a style all of its own. Comfortable and cosy, the garden room comprises of a shower room, sitting room and double bed sized bedroom with a desk, monitor for duel screen working, and a single wardrobe. There are guest profiles on Netflix, Amazon Video & Disney+ available to watch on the 55inch tv in the sitting room, as well as tea, coffee, a fridge, microwave and small air fryer. There are seating areas on both the decking and patio as well as access to our shared garden.

Benslow Path Guest Studio - Free Parking

The studio is a bright and cosy, modern space which is a self-contained conversion on the side of our house with a private entrance and free parking just outside. The airbnb is a 12 minute walk from Hitchin Train Station. Perfect for London commuters, it is also ideal for couples or solo travellers, family visits, business travel etc. You can check-in from 4pm on Monday-Friday. Check-in time on Saturday and Sunday is at 2.30pm. You'll find everything you need for a satisfying stay.

The Annex at Orchard House

Whether you're looking for a comfortable and functional space for a business trip, or a place for you and the family for a few days, our bright, homely annex at the bottom of the garden, will provide you with everything you need for the perfect stay!. Located in the village of Barton Le Clay which has some beautiful places for walks and hikes, Cainhoe Wood Golf Club is nearby, as well as being close to Milton Keynes, Bedford, and Luton Airport. Delightful barn with free parking on the premises

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

Wrens Acre Countryside self-contained Garden Cabin

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. The Acorn - Detached, clean and quiet

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. Spacious 3 bed house with off-road parking, ideal for a family or contractors. Plenty of storage with a private garden. Walking distance to local shops, a bakery, butchers and chemist. There's a variety of takeaways including Indian, Chinese as well as fish and chips. The house is positioned on the edge of Oughtonhead Common, a beautiful, peaceful nature reserve. A walk alongside the River Oughton offers the chance to spot wildlife and relax at the end of the day.
