Välkommen till Gula Huset i Ukna! Nyrenoverat hus med fin trädgård och nära till både skog och sjö. Beläget mitt i Ukna med ca 1 timme med bil till Astrid Lindgrens Värld och 1,5 timme till Kolmården Zoo. Två sovrum med dubbelsäng samt ett mindre krypin med enkelsäng finns på övervåningen tillsammans med en toalett. På nedervåningen finns ett tv-rum med bäddsoffa, ett vardagsrum med öppen spis, toalett med dusch, rymligt kök och matplats. Perfekt för barnfamiljen eller större sällskap!

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.

Hyr denna ljuvliga stuga som ligger på en liten höjd med havet som granne. Totalrenoverad enplanshus med fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum med öppen spis och TV med chromecast och apple-tv, två sovrum och badrum. Uteplats med tak och infravärme med fin utsikt över hästgård och hav. Stugan ligger avskilt och insynsskyddat från grannar. Värdparet bor endast 100 meter därifrån. På gården finns hästar, hundar, katter och höns.

Vårt ställe ligger i natursköna Mem ca 1,2 mil från Söderköping.Här får du njuta av både natur och vatten. Här finns Kanalmagasinet, där kan man sommartid äta en god middag, eller bara njuta av en kopp kaffe och glass. Avstånd till badstrand ca 8 km. Europas största djurpark Kolmården finns inom ca 3,3 mils avstånd. Vårt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).

Ett modernt hus byggt 2022 beläget i strålande söderläge alldeles vid strandkanten, erbjuder det bästa av svensk natur endast 50 minuter från Stockholm City. Njut av Järnafjärdens fina bad- och fiskevatten från den privata bryggan, grilla med utsikt över fjärden och njut av morgonkaffet på det soliga bryggdäcket. A renovated cottage in New England style with sea wiew! The cottage is secluded with a sunny patio and terrace facing the sea with the evening sun. Fireplace with free firewood, a fully equipped kitchen and two bikes to borrow. Since 2020 we hade a new bridge with sunchairs and a firepalce by the water.
