Private, quiet and roomy space is perfectly located off the main roads but still close to the beach. This space was designed and built as a guest suite when the main house was built. Located right on the 7th hole of the Seascape Golf course and barely over a half-mile from the beach. Ride the provided bicycles to the local restaurants. Enjoy a drink on the ground-level deck or at the fire pit patio area. The beach is just a 15 minute stroll. Tranquil and relaxing, you'll be Swept Away!

The Vitamin Sea Retreat

The Vitamin Sea is a studio apartment located on the ground level of our primary house. It’s equipped with everything you may need during your getaway.The unit has its own entrance and a private outdoor area to enjoy a morning coffee. It's less than 1 mile walk to the beach (approximately 15-20min depending on pace) and a few blocks away from Mama Kwan's and Plaza Azteca. It's centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. We live upstairs- a family of 3, our son is 6 &a mini goldendoodle-Skye

Soundside Getaway: bike- Hottub- prime location

This place is a light-filled, cozy spot located on the sound side with a backyard view. The house is situated on Bay Drive, where you can watch beautiful sunsets and ride your bike or take a leisurely walk. Walk to the beach in under 10 minutes, or take advantage of the multiple free beach parking options if you decide to drive. Hottub available for use ! My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and those needing an extended stay for work. Please note, there is no kitchen.
