It will accommodate up to 4 guests, but is ideal for a romantic getaway or a girls trip with a king sized bed and queen size sofa sleeper. The lower level of The Bickerman is home to Bruce & Ollie’s Coffee, Ice Cream and Deli. It is a place for everyone to enjoy! The building has been restored while maintaining it’s rich history!

Welcome to the Frances Suite! This loft style condo is very comfortable and centrally located in the heart of Utica. The front windows have been restored to their original height and offer an awesome view of the downtown. There is a full kitchen with plenty of space to unwind after a long day of hiking or shopping.
