Welcome to our petite beach retreat! Purchased in '14, we've slowly renovated it to provide a bright and stylish place to stay. A small front yard and large back yard provide multiple places to relax outdoors. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking and there's a BBQ grill outside. The house is located in Ocean Beach, about 10 minutes' drive to the airport and 15-20 minutes' walk to the beach, including several bars, breweries and restaurants. Bike paths connect you to Mission Bay and beyond

The Casita is a roomy, bright & comfortable duplex with a large lighted private patio/BBQ & free parking. Transit Center is a 6 minute walk, where you can pickup the city MTS trolley, or trains. This 2nd floor retreat sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very bright, quiet, and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with no common walls. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more.
